The heating system has the following characteristics :(1) the system is not easy to accumulate carbon, which avoids the phenomenon of scaling and blocking the channel; (2) greatly improved thermal efficiency and reduced operating energy consumption; (3) extend the service life of the equipment and reduce the service cost.
Multi - component elastomer equipment with plug - in slide valve technology
The introduction of plug-in slide valve technology enables multi-component devices. Cartridge valve technology is mainly used for automatic control of hydraulic system, such as aircraft, missiles, satellites, etc., due to its use of power, compact structure, small size, electric, pneumatic and other technologies are irreplaceable. A single metering system consisting of cartridge valves becomes a unit, which can be combined to provide a multi-component device. Twelve components have been made, each of which can be self-assembled by computer. Measurement system optimization design technology

In the thermoplastic (TPU) elastomer equipment, due to the use of mass flowmeter and closed-loop servo control, the accuracy can reach more than 2‰.
