The continuous production line of soft surface insulation composite board is composed of two components of polyurethane black and white material, which is fed into the mixing head at a certain ratio by the metering pump of polyurethane foaming machine, mixed and evenly poured onto the bottom layer material of sandwich board, and then fed into the laminating conveyor together with the upper layer material, and foamed and solidified between the upper and lower chain plates of the laminating conveyor. After solidification, the sandwich plate is trimmed on both sides of the production line, and can be cut into 60CM in the middle. After that, it is cut into a certain length of products by automatic cutting machine. The specification of insulation sandwich board suitable for production is 20~100mm thickness, 1220mm width and self-determined length.
Equipment application: this production line is specially used for the production of aluminum foil, non-woven cloth, cement mortar cloth, paper and other soft surface layer, the middle layer is polyurethane foam insulation sandwich plate.
