Polyurethane rigid foam insulation material has good insulation performance and convenient molding, most used for cold storage board, refrigerator, insulation pipe internal filling. Other products include disinfection cabinets, steamed rice cabinets, yachts, heat insulation panels, refrigerated vehicles. The insulation compound material is composed of polyether polyol, foaming agent, catalyst, foam stabilizer and other raw materials. The raw material reacts with isocyanate to produce foam with relatively short mold release time, good fluidity and very uniform density distribution, as well as quite good physical properties, dimensional stability and bonding property at low temperature.
