The pneumatic mould frame is suitable for automobile ceiling, automobile instrument panel, automobile cushion, backrest and large mould, which is suitable for single machine production and many sets are placed on the disk line for on-line use.
Generally, the frame is composed of base, shelf, loading template, rotating pin, rotating connecting plate, pneumatic circuit and control circuit, which is controlled by PLC, and completed by cylinder to open and close the mold, and manually spray release agent, insert parts and take parts. It has the characteristics of compact structure, simple operation, stable performance and high production efficiency.
