The upper die adopts gearbox lifting screw (T36*6), a motor, transmission shaft and other mechanisms to achieve synchronous lifting, with the highest height of 600mm. The four peripheral blocks of bottom mold are reinforced by steel plate, and the height can be adjusted up and down (100-200). The clamping screw rod vauling is processed by 45# steel truck, and the plane bearing is installed at the bottom of vauling to reduce the friction resistance.
