The key point of polyurethane foaming machine in the foaming process

If the pressure of the polyurethane foaming machine is too low, the two components can not be fully mixed and affect the foaming speed, but too high will put forward higher technological requirements on the whole equipment. The higher the temperature is, the faster the reaction speed will be, and other equipment and process should be adapted accordingly. If the temperature is too low, the reaction will be slow and the curing time will be long. Therefore, the temperature must be controlled within 65±1℃ according to the technological requirements in the design process.

1. The pressure of the polyurethane foaming machine can be changed by setting the number of movements per minute of the air pump, with high flexibility;

2. Temperature control is realized by two solid-state relays. PID control is adopted, which has the advantages of fast response and good stability.

Polyurethane foaming machine can be divided into two categories: low pressure foaming and high pressure foaming according to component measuring pressure and mixing system. Foaming principle of polyurethane foaming machine: raw liquid of different components is transferred to the stirring head by high-precision metering pump after precise proportion and high-speed stirring.
