Polyurethane foaming machineThe recycling technology of soft foam can be divided into two categories: physical method and chemical method.

Physical recovery technology is a method of recycling and reusing foamed plastics by bonding pressure molding, as filler, extrusion molding, etc. This method is simple, easy and relatively mature, but the recovered foam is suitable for low-grade products, and the aging out faster.

The chemical recovery technology is relatively complex and relatively late in industrialization. Up to now, new degradation methods are still emerging, but the final recovery has better foam properties.
