Polyurethane casting machineIt is a new polymer synthetic material between rubber and plastics. It has high strength of plastics and high elasticity of rubber. Its features include:

1. Wide range of hardness. It still has the elongation and resilience of rubber under high hardness. The hardness range of polyurethane elastomer pouring machine is shaw A10-D80.

2. High intensity. Their tensile strength and carrying capacity are much higher than that of general-purpose rubber at rubber hardness. At high hardness its impact strength and bending is much higher than plastic.

4. Oil resistance. Polyurethane elastomer pouring machine is a kind of strong polar polymer compound, which has little affinity with non-polar mineral oil and almost no erosion in fuel oil and mechanical oil.

5. Good oxygen and ozone resistance.

6, excellent vibration absorption performance, can do vibration reduction, buffer effect. Substitute for rubber and spring in mould manufacturing.

7, with good low temperature performance.

8. Radiation resistance. The high energy ray resistance of polyurethane is very good and still has satisfactory performance at 10-10 g radiation dose.
