During a long period of use, it is necessary to maintain the high-pressure foaming machine at the beginning of the shift change:

1. Check the component temperature and adjust it again if necessary;

2. Check the silica gel filter (if any). If all the silica gel has turned red, remove and dry the silica gel;

3. Drain the water in the water separator (only for equipment equipped with freeze-drying);

4. Drain line gap filter until the clean material flows out;

5. Check the adjustment (scale) and pressure of metering pump;

7. Check the Settings of equipment operating parameters, infusion time or infusion amount;

8. Inspection group shunt amount and mixing ratio;

9. Experimental injection (making a sample);

10. Check whether the relief valve of the material tank is effective.
